QuickBooks Set-Up and/or Clean-Up: Getting your organization set-up with the QuickBooks software, setting up the chart of accounts, importing past data, and correcting past errors.
QuickBooks Training Services: Provide training to your in-house staff on how to use QB software, and provide troubleshooting support as problems arise.
After a discovery consultation and assessment of your accounting records, we will determine your organization's specific needs. All services are billed in monthly packages at a flat-rate, so you never have any surprises.
For comparison purposes, if you were to hire an in-house bookkeeper, and you were able to find someone qualified and willing to work at $20 per hour. This staff will cost your organization approximately $52,000 annually at full-time, with taxes and benefits. Even at part-time that is still $26,000 annually. You would also need to provide the computer and equipment, the office space, and training. This can add up, and be a daunting expense for a nonprofit organization.
When you contract with us, you are getting the peace of mind that comes with having a professional nonprofit accountant. Our contracts are month to month, so you can cancel any time if you aren't completely satisfied.
